It is a great all-purpose apple, perfect for snacking, baking, sauteing and slicing.

Introducing….Junami!! A brand new apple entering the market for the first time in many markets across the country. Exclusively grown by Rainier Fruit in North America, this variety has been well-received in Europe. This variety of apple comes from Switzerland. It is a cross between Idared, Maigold and Elstar, uniting the best characteristics of each in theis new fruit thirst-quencher.

Junami is beautifully round with eye-catching red clor enticing you to sink your teeth in. It has a special crisp, fruity character and is a real thirst quencher with an invigorating flavor which appeals to the young at heart. Because our trees haven’t reached full maturity, production is limited and fruit will be found in stores for just a few weeks in January and early February.
