The California Milk Advisory Board will be sampling Real California Specialty Cheeses, Gelato and Butter – Swiss-Italian Style Cheeses from California’s Artisanal and Farmstead producers, Gelato made from Real California Milk and California Organic Vat-Cultured European-style Butter. Artisanal cheeses and hand-crafted gelatos are chef favorites and appear on some of the finest restaurant menus throughout the US – tantalizing consumer palates and inspiring then to bring those flavors and products home. Americans are also waking up to the creamy taste and silky texture of European-style butter, which has a higher butterfat content and is preferred by chefs for baking and sauces.
