Pacific Natural Foods will introduce two new product lines at this year’s Food Fete event: ready-to-eat soups and organic condensed soups.
Pacific’s new ready-to-eat soups and chowders deliver distinctive, chef-inspired flavors in innovative BPA-free packaging. The soups are made with all natural and vegetarian ingredients, such as poblano peppers and sweet potatoes, with no artificial flavors or colors. The convenient 17.6 oz carton delivers a fresher-tasting, more complex restaurant-style soup and is perfect to pop into a purse or desk drawer for an indulgent lunch. The new soups come in six delicious flavors you’d never expect to find outside of a bistro: Vegetable Lentil & Roasted Red Pepper; Roasted Garlic Mushroom Lentil Soup; Chipotle Sweet Potato Soup; Thai Sweet Potato Soup; Rosemary Potato Chowder; and Poblano Pepper and Corn Chowder. Pacific Natural Foods will also preview its new line of organic condensed soups – the only organic condensed soups on the market – which serve as a modern update on a comfort food classic. Unlike traditional condensed soups, Pacific’s new organic line is made with just a few pure, simple ingredients such as crème fraiche sourced from the founder’s family farms in Oregon, with no added MSG, flavors or sugar. Packaged in an easy-to-open 12 oz. BPA-free carton, the condensed soups are available in the three flavors used most in recipes: Organic Cream of Chicken, Organic Cream of Mushroom and Organic Cream of Celery. SRP: $2.49-$2.99
