SarVecchio Parmesan is an extra aged parmesan cheese that begins with a subtle fruity note and finishes with a caramelized parmesan flavor that blossoms on your palette. SarVecchio has a unique creamy texture and unlike other parmesans, it doesn’t have a heavy salty note and is outstanding eaten alone or on/in food. SarVecchio has been voted best Parmesan Cheese in the United States at every U.S. Championship Cheese Contest since 2007.

Espresso BellaVitano starts with the BellaVitano Gold, and is then hand-coated with fresh ground Italian roast espresso beans. The sweet, sugary, creamy, buttery BellaVitano flavors come together with the lightly sweet, slightly smoky, roasted flavors of an Italian-style espresso coffee to bring out an eye-opening treat. Just imagine an espresso with a double shot of cream. This gourmet cheese captured a Silver Medal at the 2010 World Cheese awards.

Salsa Asiago is Sartori’s award winning plain Asiago hand rubbed with a mix of exotic sun dried tomatoes, onion, garlic and ancho peppers… a wonderful contrast to the balanced blend of the rich & fruity Asiago. This new flavor captured Best of Class for Flavored Hard Cheese at 2011 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest and finished in the top 18 out of over 1,600 entries.

Mediterranean Fontina is one of Sartori’s newest masterpieces that will be available to the public July, 2011. For the love of this lively Fontina, we enlist the earthy flavors of garlic, thyme and olive oil, warmed by the heat of Aleppo pepper. You’ll savor the sweet-smelling herbs mingling with this piquant cheese.
