Cuisine Solutions is an international team of award-winning chefs who were among the first in the world to recognize the power and precision of the sous-vide process. Our classically trained chefs develop recipes that allow fellow professional chefs and passionate foodies to present restaurant-quality dishes faster and more economically— with consistently excellent results.
We will be serving three of our signature menu selections. First will be a slow-cooked Braised Lamb Shank in a rich Portobello Red Wine Sauce accompanied by savory Green Lentils sautéed with vegetables. The second dish consists of our signature 72 Hour Seared Beef Short Ribs with Creamy Parmesan Polenta topped with a decadently sweet classic Port Wine Sauce. Lastly we’ll serve all-natural Sliced Roasted Turkey Breast over greens with a light balsamic dressing.
