Prosciutto-Wrapped California Figs Stuffed with Blue Cheese
Pair with a Chardonnay or other premium white wine. Delicious California figs are that special ingredient to bring a taste of the Mediterranean to some familiar dishes and balance to others.

Caramelized Onion, Fig and Goat Cheese Tarts

Unique flavors of California figs pair well with cheeses ranging from Gorgonzola and

Black Mission and Calimyrna Dry Figs

Black Mission Figs, with purple and black skin, have a deep earthy flavor like a Cabernet Savignon.
